The ADAC is always on the move and there to help - we cover the most diverse areas, such as insurance, travel and medical support, legal advice, digitalization, classical panning aid or air rescue. We're here. You make sure that all Scrum events are successfully performed in the teams. You live the agile values and processes in the organization (Spotify model). In addition, you encourage and promote the self-organization of the Scrum teams in which you quickly develop a sense of team dynamics and culture. The training and coaching of the teams in the application of agile principles and methods is also one of your tasks. You work with the Product Owner as well as stakeholders in terms of product backlog. You accompany and motivate the Scrum team in the change process for agile work.

You have experience as a Scrum Master in cross-functional teams (squads) as well as certification as a Professional Scrum Master or equivalent certification. You worked as a change agent on an agile transformation. In dealing with MS Office, JIRA and Confluence you are safe. You have an empathic, trusting and motivating appearance. Your strengths include excellent communication and moderation capabilities as well as the ability to identify and constructively resolve conflicts. Your strong team orientation and collaboration is yours. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2).
