In our residential group with participating inobservatory places, we offer children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years of age a reliable, suitable accompaniment and strengthen them on their individual way of life.

Your tasks

Support: You accompany the residents in their daily lives – both in the group and in individual contact. In doing so, you support them in school and individual concerns, create leisure opportunities and are reliable on their side.

Stable: Working with children and adolescents gives you safety through clear structures and reliable orientation. Your calm, empathic and professionally sound attitude creates hold and emotional stability.

Network work & development: You work closely with families, offices and other institutions, develop resource-oriented approaches and actively contribute to social-spatial work as well as to the further development of our educational offers.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have a completed training as an educatorin (Heilpädagogin, Heimerzieher*in etc.), have ideally already gained professional experience in stationary child and youth assistance and, in addition to the class B driving licence, also has MS-Office knowledge.

Engagement:You dare to master challenging situations safely and in a solution-oriented manner and approach your tasks with commitment and expertise. In doing so, you desire social space and resource oriented.

Team spirit: You are part of a motivated team that strengthens each other and works together at eye level. You will take you into case meetings, supervisions and conceptual processes – with openness and readiness to reflect.

Sustainability: Ob early, late or somewhere in between – you keep the overview, stay flexible and convince by reliability.
