Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d)

ROLLE: As Project Procurement Managerin, you are project managerin the shopping and first contact person for all shopping activities in selected major projects. You are responsible for the end-to-end control of all shopping activities in the project, coordinate all the shopping functions involved and are the interface between project management, departments and purchasing. You represent the interests of the project towards purchasing - and the goals of purchasing towards the project. End-to-end control of all shopping activities in selected major projects including appointment and milestone planning Project management and risk management for all procurement topics and management of escalations Development and coordination of procurement strategy and procurement plan together with project, controlling and purchasing Concentration of medium- and long-term project requirements of various structures and identification of synergies (also project-wide) Coordination of tenders and support in negotiations in close cooperation with product group buyers Ensuring compliance with purchasing processes, guidelines and compliance requirements Central communication interface between technical demand providers, strategic purchasing, operational purchasing and contract & claim management Coordination of commercial project execution (e.g. claims, supplements, cost+, index regulations) and project-specific chance management (savings) Accompanying the contract-close-out and structured Lessons-Learned processes Continuous improvement of purchasing and project processes and active participation in the further development of the Project Procurement Management

PROFIL Completed studies of business, economics, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual relevant professional experience in the execution of investment projects, ideally in the context of large or infrastructure projects Experience in project management or Multiproject management Good knowledge of purchasing processes; ideally experience in the energy industry or in a comparable industry (e.g. energy engineering, infrastructure, industry) Ability to work pragmatically and quickly into complex issues and technical topics (e.g. transmission networks, transformers, converters, cable deep-sealing, transformers, line construction, steel construction, planning services, offshore technology) Representative communicative skills and sovereignty in cooperation with internal and external partners Safe, addressable appearance and convincing presentation and negotiation skills Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; basic SAP skills (module MM) are advantageous Willingness to occasional, scheduled service trips Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good to very good English knowledge (min. B2/C1) in word and writing

C1 and English at least B2/C1 in word and writing.
