General responsibility for the economic, organisational and personnel management of the university gasonomy at several locations Leadership, motivation and further development of a team of over 90 employees (including kitchen lines and administration) in the sense of a modern, value-adding management culture Strategic further development of university gasonomy taking into account sustainability, regionality, quality and economy as well as the non-profit mandate Management of Change Processes (Change Management) for the Development of Organisation, Processes and Cooperation Budget planning, controlling and economic management of operations Ensuring and further developing quality, hygiene and safety standards Further development of a sustainable food supply (including vegetarian/vegan concepts, sustainable production, up-to-date supply formats) cooperation with universities, student representatives and external partners; active committee work Control and implementation of construction, modernization and digitization projects as well as process optimization in the field of university gassing

Complete university studies (e.g. business management, hospitality/gastronomy management, ecotrophology or comparable) Multiannual leadership experience, ideally in community catering, gastronomy or comparable services-oriented structures Detectable experience in controlling change processes (Change Management) Impressed business skills and well-founded experience in budget planning and controlling Strategic thinking combined with high operational implementation competence Knowledge of sustainability, quality management or process optimisation are advantageous Agile project management or modern project management methods are desirable Leadership with an appreciation, participative understanding of leadership, clear decision-making strength and pronounced communication skills Language and written knowledge of German and English at least at level B2 Class B driving licence (due to cross-site activity)
