The Campus Manager is a central partner responsible for operational excellence and organisational health through strategic PXT leadership across the campus. - Extensive experience in HR leadership or a combination of equivalent leadership experiences (e.g. operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, gastronomy/hotel or production)

- Proven successes in achieving department goals through data-based personal strategies and HR key figures
