As a project coordinator (m/w/d), you take care and coordination of land-based training and reference facilities at selected marine sites and marine schools. These systems form the technical systems which are later used on board marine units. You serve, among other things, the training of personnel, the testing of software, troubleshooting and technical maintenance. In this role, you work closely with the marine schools as contractors and users of the facilities and regularly coordinate with internal specialist departments and external partners. You will ensure that projects are planned, coordinated and successfully implemented in a structured manner. Your tasks at a glance: You coordinate projects around land-based training and reference facilities at defined marine sites and marine schools and keep in mind appointments, measures and project progress. As a central contact person, you will be in close contact with the naval schools and clarify requirements, voting and organizational questions regarding the use and further development of the facilities. The cooperation between internal specialist departments - for example from training, construction, software or maintenance - is organized and coordinated by you. You plan and accompany important project steps such as installation, commissioning, technical acceptance and the continuous development of the plants. Together with technical disciplines, you can support software and system functions and help analyze and correct errors or technical vulnerabilities. For location-related projects, coordinate dates, measures and communication processes and ensure a smooth flow of information between all participants. The complete and comprehensible technical documentation of the systems ensures and keep relevant project information up to date. In the preparation and implementation of training and training measures at the naval schools, you contribute to organisational and coordination.

Complete technical or commercial studies or a comparable qualification Experience in project coordination, ideally in the technical, maritime or military environment Understanding complex technical systems and their use in training and operation Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Embossed communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders Readiness to travel to the supervised marine sites Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage
