Team and Project Manager Fiber Optic (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees. Your range of tasks includes the strategic considerations for further expansion of the area of fiberglass to the development of processes and structures. You plan, control and monitor the construction, operation and further development of our FTTH/B infrastructure in cooperation with our service providers. You have a good overview of the process of our service providers and are a professional Sparring partner*in the development of problem solutions.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of computer science or Telecommunication or a comparable qualification with professional experience. You have theoretical and practical knowledge in project management as well as process development and improvement. You have several years of experience in the planning and rollout of technical infrastructure projects (especially glass fibers). You have sound knowledge of current technologies in the field of passive and active network infrastructures/network components for FTTH/B. Target orientation and enforcement in cooperation with external service providers complete your profile. You are ready to participate in the standby service and have a class B licence.
