Reference number: 06-04 In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality in the field of First Level Support with a focus on media technology. In this position, you play a central role in the care, development and operation of our media infrastructure. You ensure a smooth running of events and daily operation, support users in technical issues and actively contribute to the optimization of existing processes. You work closely with internal departments and external service providers and bring your technical and organizational skills into a versatile and dynamic work environment.

Video and audio equipment, in particular of event and meeting rooms, etc.: Construction, supervision and implementation of the specific media equipment Conception and implementation of events, events and fairs (optionally also on weekends) Conducting test setups and accompanying Proof of Concept ́s Administration of the media infrastructure First- & Second-Level Support for Medical Disorders Foreign company coordination, among others, for installation, procurement and maintenance of media equipment Further development and adaptation of a distribution system for the media storage and for media technology Coordination and management of spatial bookings and spatial allocation as well as managing the electronic closing system of the University of BremerhavenThe activities can also include the use on weekends.

You have completed training in the media technology/organization technology of electrical engineering with a focus on IT or an equivalent training as a specialist for event technology (w/m/d) or media technicians:innen (w/m/d). Further requirements for the body are: Good knowledge about professional installation of media technology in conference rooms and/or training rooms as well as the various interfaces and their applications Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
