Receptionist for dental practice

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dental specialist (m/w/d) who has the pleasure of organizing, communication and daily contact with people.

Your tasks:

• cordial reception and care of our patients
• professional scheduling and coordination
• Treatment of patient requests, telephone and on site
• Support for billing, administration and documentation
• Communication with health insurance companies and external partners
• Ensuring smooth practice at reception

Your profile:

• completed training as dental specialist (ZFA) or comparable qualification
• Reception or administration experience desirable
• friendly, sovereign appearance and joy in dealing with people
• Organizational talent and team skills
• safe handling of practical software
• reliable, structured and independent operation
