As a group leader (m/w/d), you will be responsible for all personal topics, develop your team and continuously optimize structures and methods of your responsibility. You are one of the driving forces for the continuous development and strategic measures of our Transaction Banking (TxB). In close cooperation with internal and external partners, you design the strategic orientation of the business field and ensure their seamless integration with other departments. With their strategic vision, You evaluate economic implications and support decision-making in the business sector with sound investment and financial analyses and support the investment and project budget. As one of the key partners for our Management Board, the Heads of Division and our TxB subsidiaries, you are a key contributor to strategic initiatives and projects. In addition to planning and implementing management dialogues for TxB participation, your control skills are also required in strategic and operational budget planning and monitoring. With your sense of market trends and developments, you identify targeted opportunities and risks and measures. Last but not least, you will develop precise forecasts for financial planning and decision-making – in the course of the monitoring, you will analyze the development of costs and, for performance measurement, both the development and ongoing maintenance of financial indicators.
