Trainee Supply Chain Management & Logistics – September 1st, 2026 (m/f/d)

As a trainee in the supply chain management & logistics, you take real responsibility in an international environment from the outset in our 18-month program. You actively participate in developing our state-of-the-art, global logistics and ensure that goods are in the right place at the right time – efficiently, smart and forward-looking. You will learn our business and our global supply chain from scratch with state-of-the-art logistics centers and understand how global goods flows are controlled. You take early responsibility and work on your own projects in Germany and abroad, for example in our logistics centers, at retail locations or international subsidiaries. Together with us, you are going new ways to make logistics and supply chain processes even smarter, more efficient and sustainable. You meet data-based decisions that drive our business forward and inspire our customers. You continue to develop professionally and personally and build a strong network in the international environment.

Your job is demanding. That is why we are also interested in the selection of our trainees. That is why we wish: A completed study with an economic focus and focus on logistics/supply chain management or economic engineering. At least 6 months of practical experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain management, e.g. through internships or work students. Software-Skills: safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint; ideally first user knowledge of SAP. Intercultural Mindset: Experience abroad (e.g. internship or semester abroad) and very good German and English skills. Analytical and structured thinking, practical solution competence, a sovereign appearance and persuasiveness and enthusiasm for technical details.
