Total responsibility for financial and accounting, controlling and reporting as well as investment and liquidity management Structure of a group-wide control including plant and participation controlling for operational and strategic control Development of a structured management report for management and shareholders Introduction and Optimization of Central Finance, Accounting and Controlling Processes to Ensure Transparency, Efficiency and Compliance Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB for the entire group of companies Strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting in close coordination with management and shareholders Responsibility for commercial project execution including post-calculation Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the commercial team Financial integration of acquisitions and holdings from due diligence to post-Merger integration

Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and the ability to actively shape change processes Complete study of Business Administration, Economics or Economic Engineering, ideally focusing on finance / controlling Multiannual professional experience in leading commercial function (e.g. CFO, Head of Finance, Commercial Manager – per m/w/d) in a manufacturing industrial company Detectable successes in the development of teams and ideally executives and the pursuit of a modern leadership style Detectable successes in building and professionalizing control and financial structures with a high degree of digitization and automation Funded knowledge in group consolidation, group reporting and HGB accounting Experience in reporting to investors or private equity companies Knowledge of how to use common tools such as PowerBI Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and the ability to actively shape change processes
