Foreman Building & Shell Construction (m/f/d)

Our client is a traditional, family-run construction company based in Heilsbronn. Since 1946, the company has been standing for reliable raw materials in masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete construction. Today the company is run in the fourth generation, while the fifth generation is already taking responsibility in the company. This means that there are best conditions for long-term security and a sustainable future perspective. The construction sites are located in the area of Mittelfranken (Nürnberg, Fürth, Schwabach, Ansbach) and are usually within 30–45 minutes from the farm. There is no assembly, supra-regional operations or regular hotel accommodation. You are back home after your working day. The approximately 20 employees work in a well-established specialist team and start from the farm to the construction sites in the morning.

As part of a long-term planned succession of ages and to strengthen existing capacities, we are now looking for several foreworkers (m/w/d). You take responsibility for a column of approx. 3–5 employees, control the construction site sequence and simultaneously actively engage. There is explicitly no pure control, but a professionally strong intern who pretends to lead and assumes responsibility.
