For the newly created position of the project manager Immobilienentwicklung und Liegenschaftsvermarktung, we are looking for an experienced personality who recognizes potentials for areas that are exposed or underused, develops sustainable usage concepts and then controls their marketing independently.

Strategic real estate development - You identify development potentials of existing properties, identify location and cost-effectiveness analyses and conduct long-term divestment strategies Project development and control - You initiate and control complex development projects from the first idea to including the performance phases 1 to 4 according to HOAI and ensure compliance with costs, dates and quality objectives Coordinating interfaces and networks - You hold the threads between internal disciplines, Vitos subsidiaries, planners, investors, authorities and local and political partners in your hands Building real estate development structurally - You establish the real estate development department at Vitos and ensure appropriate standards, processes and control instruments

You have a degree in real estate management, architecture / urban planning, civil engineering or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in real estate development, project development, real estate agency or a comparable field of tasks with You are familiar with building, planning and real estate law and have experience in cooperation with public bodies and external project partners You stand up safely and convincingly, negotiate at eye level and successfully represents your concepts to internal and external stakeholders. Steady care and development of your network are of course for you You think strategically and entrepreneurially, work structuredly and can translate ideas into sustainable projects You like to take responsibility, work independently and keep the overall overview of complex projects
