In your new role, you take over the monthly pay bill for a defined group of persons, taking into account all relevant legal requirements, collective agreements and business agreements. The examination and maintenance of accounting-relevant master data as well as time management and organization data in the SAP system is also part of your responsibility In addition, you are actively involved in the continuous optimization and standardization of processes and are involved in corresponding, also multi-site projects. You have completed commercial training, such as, for example, industrial saleswoman/mann, and ideally have completed a personal training (e.g., a specialist/man) or a study with a focus on personnel (e.g. BWL, economics). In addition, you will bring relevant professional experience in HR – ideally focusing on pay billing, master data administration, time management and reporting. Finding knowledge in the right to work, tax and social security, as well as a safe handling of MS Office and common HR systems - SAP knowledge are of advantage.
