You develop our existing IT landscape that is currently actively changing (cloud, processes, governance) and have real influence on decisions You are part of a small, powerful team and take a central position between IT operations, projects and disciplines You administrate our Microsoft 365 environment, control identity & access management and endpoint management and bring our IT operation to an even more modern level You actively shape up-to-date topics such as the introduction of Microsoft Powerplatform, AI and its governance, and optimise IT operating models and processes with You coordinate or conduct projects in the context of our infrastructure and cloud transformations and take the responsibility of introducing new platforms including relevant KPIs (e.g. server migrations into data center (clouding of server landscape), client migrations after intune, firewall exchange or introduction of new applications such as knowledge documentation based on confluence etc.) You are opting for IT processes, making clear governance and responsible for documentation You actively tax external service providers such as CSP and MSP (Servicedesk)

You bring multi-year professional experience in the administration of IT infrastructure and IT operations, preferably in a medium-sized company, with You have a very good understanding of infrastructure, cloud & workplace as well as knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Microsoft's administration and governance You are not a stranger to the administration of other applications such as Jira & Confluence and the user, authorization and license management (over-application) The documentation of systems as well as the creation of operating concepts & processes were essential components of your last activities The analysis, standardization and optimization of IT processes (preferably in Signavio) are in your blood You have already gained first experience in coordinating IT projects including collect the control of external IT service providers (MSP, CSP, (Servicedesk) etc) You ideally have certified knowledge in Microsoft M365 / Azure Administrator (e.g. MS‐102, AZ‐104), Microsoft Powerplatform PL-900), ITSM and Process Management (ITIL® Foundation, BPMN 2.0) and common project management certification (SCRUM PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP – optional) Your analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as your enforcing ability to service providers A structured, independent and reliable way of working and very good communication and coordination skills complete your profile
