HR Business Partner with a commercial focus

You make the difference: You advise your departments (in particular executives) on the most diverse HR-relevant topics with a commercial focus (e.g. on leadership, Comp & Ben, development of employees:inside, personnel planning, legal issues, etc.) Together with the goal: You agree closely with the respective colleagues in the other HR departments, such as pay billing, personnel development, recruiting, etc. Aside from the day-to-day business: In addition to the typical HR BP activities, you are responsible not only for HR-relevant (partial) projects for your specialist areas, but also for managing the project portfolio of your HR Business Partner team with Always at eye level: You work closely and trustfully with various bodies, e.g. the works council, and also negotiate corporate governance. You will be able to demonstrate your diplomatic skills within the interest groups. At the heart of time: you have the latest trends around the HR area in mind. No matter whether New Work, Analytics People or ESG – you don't have anything to do when it comes to an innovative mindset Full power ahead: You look for the challenges and go proactively on topics. With this you constantly encounter improvements and accompany them in their implementation Data driven: You can safely maneuver and your support areas in the digital environment. Evaluations, reportings, statistics – your expertise allows you to collect and evaluate HR-specific KPIs

You have completed your studies with a focus on (economic) psychology, human resource management, BWL or a comparable discipline Alternatively, you are in possession of a completed, personal training with additional qualification You could gain several years of professional experience in comparable positions – like in the group environment You have well-founded project management skills and have successfully completed large projects You see yourself as a contact person in your job: at eye level. Through your empathic and at the same time powerful way, you can take your topics safely across the finish line and also act the most diverse personalities You can use your personal knowledge in a skillful manner and use it between specialist areas, the expert: inside the COEs and your colleagues from the operational personnel sector. Insufficient legal knowledge – especially from the right to work and business constitution – complete your profile
