You will participate in the development and introduction of a KIT-wide energy management system according to DIN EN ISO 50001 as part of an organizational project. You operate the energy management system and continuously develop it – including control, coordination and management of the energy team. You analyse energy flows (e.g. electricity, gas, water), analyse energy characteristics (EnPIs) and identify savings potentials. You plan and conduct internal audits, accompany external certifications and prepare management reviews. You will start energy reports and regularly document energy performance according to the energy management system requirements. You plead the legal catastrophe and ensure compliance with legal and normative requirements. You design training and workshops and promote an energy-efficient corporate culture.

Graduate degree in Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, Physics or Process Engineering Experience in energy management according to DIN EN ISO 50001 and in the care of management systems Knowledge of audits, certification processes and energy monitoring Embossed analytical capacity, organisational skills and a structured working method IT-Affinity Very good communication capability
