Hausmeister Generalist (m/w/d)

These tasks await you:

• Together with your team, you take the technical and craftsmanship of our buildings and areas, perform regular control and maintenance work and ensure that everything works reliably.
• You carry out handcrafted work such as minor repairs or assembly tasks independently and work pragmatically and efficiently.
• You are responsible for the organization of our fleet as well as the waste management work that is being done and ensure a clean and well maintained outdoor area
• You support internal projects such as parades, events or special promotions, such as our Christmas celebration, and help you to prepare and implement everything well.
• You coordinate external partners such as craft or service companies, accompany appointments and check the quality of the work done.
• You use our ticket system to structure, prioritize and keep track of your tasks at any time

That's what you bring:

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the craft or technical field and have first practical experience.
• You are handcrafted, can handle well with tools and pack smaller repair and maintenance work confidently.
• You're a technical all-rounder, safe to use with EDV, and you're packing wherever you need help.
• You like to work in the team, but you can also do tasks reliably and independently.
• You own the license class B and have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
