You support the creation of the monthly accounts of the Business Unit and the provision of reporting as well as the implementation of business planning as a business partner in a business unit of the Currenta Group.

You work closely with the management of the Business Unit and the adjacent departments, especially with the Group Controlling.

You support and advise the management team of the Business Unit on any financial and commercial issues as a business partner.

The coordination of the commenting of the results and value drivers, as well as the derivation of the forecast for the business unit including deviation analysis within the scope of the management reporting also belongs to your tasks.

You contribute to the further development and continuous improvement of controlling processes within the framework of projects. For example, the introduction of an integrated financial planning tool or a comprehensive reporting tool for the Currenta Group.

You carry out special analyses and create independent presentations and reports for management with clear recommendations for action to achieve the respective objectives of the Business Unit.

The identification of efficiency potentials in the existing controlling tasks as well as their automation and further development is within your task.

You have a degree in economics with a focus on controlling / accounting / finance or comparable.

Due to your at least five years of professional experience in controlling, you have a profound knowledge of financial planning and comprehensive experience as a business partner (m/w/d).

Ideally, you will bring well-founded knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), in SAP-R3 or S/4 Hana, in Power-BI and, if necessary, already experience with integrated planning systems/tools such as Tagetik or Jedox.

You have good knowledge of German and English.
