Support: You will support our customer group from authorities, industry and critical infrastructure in Germany and, if necessary, also support international partners in technical issues relating to our robotics systems. Presales: Together with sales, you prepare systems according to customer requirements and conduct technical demonstrations of our robotics security solutions. Training: You train customers and users in handling the systems and make sure You can be used safely and efficiently. Installation & commissioning: You install our electrotechnical security systems on site, integrate them into existing infrastructures and accompany the technical decline. Service & maintenance: During operation, you will ensure that hardware and software systems work reliably and remain up-to-date technically through updates. Further development: Together with the team, you will test and optimize new system functions and help continuously develop our robotics solutions.

You have a completed training in the field of IT or electrical engineering. Ideally, you already have experience in the environment of robotics systems. You have knowledge of Linux and Windows. Basic knowledge in the field of networks is advantageous. You like to work practically on technical systems and bring pleasure in building new technologies.
