You're working on property law issues and starting to examine and negotiate property-related contracts. You take care of the basic book management, in particular utilities, basic debts and building loads. You accompany construction projects on all related issues. You manage the leases of our facilities. You address the rent and lease conditions of our mobile services with external partners. You take over the management of our vacant properties. You're in charge of our business space renting. You're getting firstxposés for our rental properties.

You have a degree in legal or real estate with or a commercial, property or comparable training. You have several years of experience in real estate management, property management or property law and have good knowledge of rental, lease and property law. You work independently, structured and reliable and enjoy contracts and legal issues. You communicate safely and with internal and external contacts. You are team-ready, solution-oriented and responsible and have good MS Office skills.
