Knowing your job and working in all areas of building management Participation and/or independent takeover of tasks in all fields of a construction project Support in commercial and technical plant management Working in topics related to the physical safety of our Haspa locations Participation in site visits and supplier talks Participation in acceptance of projects and failure Support in implementing regulatory requirements in the building environment Impetus for the continuous development of our building management e.g. in the area of sustainability in business operations Your profile Good to very good bachelor's or master's degree in a technical-oriented study course – e.g. civil engineering (high construction), technical engineer:in for technical building facilities or comparable discipline Technical affinity First experience in project work Strong communication skills and motivated team player Flexibility and rapid understanding for new issues Fun on self-responsibility and solution-oriented action Joy of learning Knowledge in the MS-Office package
