You check whether services must be provided and pay insurance benefits. This includes, for example, the examination and approval of simple dental cure and cost plans, stationary cost acceptance requests and individual outpatient treatment costs. You provide customer-oriented performance decisions and are in direct contact with our customers and sales partners.
