As a Business Unit Automotive & Specialty Lamps, we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and aftermarket. We take a leading position in the automotive lamp business for traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in the LED lighting sector for global OEM customers (e.g. with replaceable LED light sources). With our automotive support and equipment portfolio, we also unlock new growth opportunities in the aftermarket.

Own-responsible acquisition of new customers in the OEM & AFTM in Europe Creating market analysis, ideas finding, evaluating new technologies, new suppliers, markets, current and future market and customer requirements Identification of new business opportunities and customer potential Independent planning and execution of customer-specific OEM/OES/AFTM projects taking into account the automotive/customer requirements Close cooperation with internal and external customers as well as the creation of supply and contract documents Definition and implementation of tools and measures to support the organisational objectives and develop appropriate sales strategies and new sales approaches Central contact*in for customer, sales, purchasing, marketing, supply chain, packaging department and other specialist departments

Successfully completed, scientific, economic or technical university studies (Master, Diploma) with multi-year professional experience in the LED business (Fixtures) Embossed technical and electronic understanding Good knowledge in project business and sales processes High level of initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility Teamability, independent working and very good communication skills English knowledge, German of advantage International readiness (~ 50%)
