Administrative support in all HR relevant tasks (e.g. preparation of work contracts, personnel reports, works council hearings, etc.) and master data maintenance in SAP Administration of personnel development measures Active support in recruiting and onboarding processes Self-employed planning and coordination of examination appointments at the occupational medical service Support for billing-related topics Active support for selected topics and projects as required

Immaculates in a course of studies such as human resources management, economic education, BWL or a comparable course of studies, ideally focusing on human resources management, labour law or pedagogy First experience in a working student activity desirable, ideally in the field of human resources Self-employed, committed, reliable and careful working Good understanding, trustworthiness and a high sense of responsibility combined with a high level of communication readiness Safe handling of MS Office programs German language skills in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing
