Construction supervisor on site in FTTH expansion areas - Region North/East (m/f/d)

We from OXG Glas GmbH build and operate a fast and reliable fiber optic network for all over Germany. Over a period of six years, we will supply about seven million households in Germany with glass fibers. We invest up to seven billion euros in standardized broadband solutions and innovative FTTH expansion.

You are the contact person or contact person on site for residents, civil engineering offices and road load carriers You are in close contact with the project management and report on the current progress of construction You monitor and coordinate the appointments on site with the general contractor (lower construction companies) in the FTTX extension The review of occupational health and safety at construction sites is also one of your tasks On site, you will review planning and construction performance in compliance with the quality requirements of OXG and report regularly to the project management You monitor the coordination and execution of the site backups in coordination with the subcontractors & of the project management

You have completed a successful vocational training in a technical field or a study with experience in civil engineering or road construction You already have professional experience in building management/construction monitoring in the network expansion of FTTX projects, e.g. on the side of the executive construction companies Funded network knowledge about the construction of PON / XGS-PON networks in practice and contract law such as VOB, ZTVA, MVAS, RSA are of great advantage You draw a sovereign communication and 'hands-on' mentality on the site You understand the contexts on the construction site and with the “Blick über den Tellerrand” you always have the goal in mind You benefit from good English skills, but these are not absolutely necessary
