Customs representative TKMS Group (m/f/d)

Technical management of customs issues at all TKMS locations, including responsibility as a customs officer of the company. Conception, development and implementation of a group-wide export/import process including associated IT landscape Control, support and as uniform as possible of location-specific authorisations Ensuring the implementation of legal regulations such as the External Economic Law, the Union Customs Code (UZK) and import turnover tax law Analysis, evaluation and optimization of processes to increase legal certainty in close coordination with relevant interfaces Contact persons for all matters of national and international customs law including external audits and representation as customs officer to authorities, suppliers and customers Consultation and training of employees (especially in the escalation process), takeover of SLA-related tasks and further development of the organisation according to sales growth

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in the customs processing of an armaments company Very good knowledge of the Union Customs Code (UZK), the Foreign Trade Act (AWG) and the import turnover tax law Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Designed analytical, conceptual and communicative skills as well as moderation and presentation skills Enforcement and negotiation skills combined with high communication capability
