Central activity in the reporting centre, the digital post office and at the reception of the ENNI Group Acceptance and coordination of interference messages for all areas of the ENNI Group (including electricity, gas, water, heat, channel, road maintenance and disposal) Monitoring of technical installations and cooperation with specialist departments and standby services Organisation of the input and output mail and active participation in the digitization of processes First contact person for visitors, customers and citizens and forwarding incoming calls

Complete technical training (e.g. electronics) or comparable Ready for shift and weekend services Safe handling of MS Office and common PC applications Organisational and coordination strength, reliability and sense of responsibility Friendly, service-oriented appearance as well as high loadability and flexibility
