The property of Freistaat Bayern is a state-of-the-art company which acts as a national service provider in matters of real estate management for the Free State of Bavaria. Contact person (m/w/d) for a wide range of complex legal issues in the field of buying and selling, rental and management of buildings Developing solutions to a wide range of questions in close cooperation with our various departments on a wide range of issues Creating and updating model contracts (e.g. real estate purchase contracts, lease contracts and inheritance contracts) as well as references to current legal issues relating to the property for colleagues from the operational real estate management Consultation and participation in procurement procedures, in particular in the case of works contracts in the form of so-called order structures (replacement of a building still to be erected/restructured according to concrete requirements)
