It is intended to be used in the town hall of Langenhagen, Marktplatz 1, 30853 Langenhagen. If necessary, use can be made in other buildings in the city of Langenhagen.

Working time usually Monday to Friday from 2 pm, in exceptional cases the presence during early cleaning is also necessary.

Key activities:

• Organize and monitor maintenance cleaning
• Organizing the holiday and disease representation of the cleaning staff
• Implementation of special, basic and intensive cleaning in the object or Instruction and support/monitoring of cleaning staff to carry out special, basic and intensive cleaning

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of professional experience in maintenance cleaning and first experience as a preparatory worker in the field of building cleaning
• Class B or 3 licences to be able to carry out logistics trips with municipal utility vehicles
• Experience in handling cleaning machines, dosing systems and laundry logistics is desirable
• good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Reliability and responsibility
• Team skills and good social competence
• Flexibility and willingness to take over sickness and holiday representation in the assigned object
