Architect LPH 1–5 (m/f/d)

You plan and attend varied building projects independently from the first idea to the detailed development. You develop design, approval and execution planning and create precise CAD plan documents. You coordinate closely with specialist planners, authorities, builders and other project participants. You meet design, functional and economic requirements and take into account sustainable construction. You actively participate in in interdisciplinary planning processes and drive projects structured from kick-off to implementation.

You have a successful degree in architecture. You bring professional experience in the planning and supervision of construction projects, ideally in the performance phases 1–5. A building permit or the conditions for this are desirable. You have good computer and CAD skills. You have a good understanding of sustainable, economic and quality building. You work independently, reliably and team-oriented. You think solution-oriented, work carefully and enjoy taking responsibility.
