Develop and implement international business development and marketing strategies for the consumer goods industry (FMCG) Identify and unlock new market potentials and gain new customers and build long-term relationships with international decision-makers Analyze customer needs, generate qualified leads and develop business opportunities using CRM systems and modern marketing tools Accompanying sales activities – from preparing customer appointments, creating convincing presentations and reference documents to supporting offers and pitches Participation in international marketing campaigns, trade fairs and events to increase visibility and market presence of Schubert Consulting Cooperation with marketing, sales and our consulting teams to unlock market potentials and drive sustainable business growth

Complete study of the business, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in business development, marketing or sales – ideally in the context of consulting, industry or professional services Knowledge of process or industrial consulting and ideally experience in the fields of factory planning or automation Safe handling of CRM systems and a good sense of market potential, customer needs and sales relationships Impressed communication strength, organizational talent and a structured and independent way of working Very good knowledge of German and English, international willingness to travel and joy in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
