Our client is a family-run real estate stockholder in Berlin and has been active in the market for over 50 years. The position of the technical object supervisor (m/w/d) is reoccupied in order to strengthen the technical maintenance. The area of responsibility includes the technical support and further development of a mixed stock of residential and commercial properties. These include the planning and implementation of maintenance and modernisation measures and coordination with internal and external bodies.

Technical support of the real estate stock Planning and implementation of maintenance and modernisation measures Offer testing, commissioning and control of external specialist companies Monitoring of execution up to acceptance Coordination with internal bodies and users Auditing within the budget

Technical training or studies, e.g. construction engineering or civil engineering Experience in the technical support of existing properties Understanding offers, costs and budgets Self-employed and decision-making Binding and diplomatic appearance in dealing with various contact persons Experiences from housing, property or center management are advantageous
