Team Leader Product Assurance (m/f/d)

You guide the product securing team professionally and disciplinefully and continuously develop your employees You ensure the implementation of quality requirements in offers and projects and take care of resource planning, prioritisation and coordination with other executives You provide consistent communication and effective knowledge transfer within your team, department and project-wide secure You optimize and digitize existing processes, methods and tools and ensure sustainable quality culture You actively support day-to-day operations and take responsibility for project-wide and technically critical topics You report to the Head of Quality

You have a completed, technical or scientific study or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in the management or coordination of teams and know you well in the product and quality assurance for hardware and software You are a communication talent, can motivate and effectively moderate conversations – including parallel protocol management Regular Jour Fixe appointments with your employees are a matter of course for you You think and trade entrepreneurship, make decisions safe and represent them with clear results, quality and cost orientation You also keep an overview of many parallel topics, focus on priorities and do not lose sight of the overall picture You speak fluent German and English in word and writing You are flexible and have pleasure in business trips
