You have the host role in the restaurant, at the bar and at various types of events. You master all processes, from the seasonal and classic preparation of the rooms, to the advice of the guests and the professional serving of beverages, foods and menus to the billing. The ReVas are the bridge between the kitchen and the guest, You have the know-how to bring the guests’ origin, taste and preparation of food and drinks. With trends in eating and drinking, You know each other. As vivid as it may be: You keep an overview and coordinate the entire gastro scoop.
