That's what you expect: You carry out various craft tasks in building management and ensure that our buildings remain in good condition You carry out self-service repairs – in particular painting, tile and masonry works as well as other craft activities You take care of general maintenance and repair work on our buildings You carry out smaller conversion and modernization measures By maintenance and care, you ensure that our buildings and the associated infrastructure work perfectly You regularly control the proper condition of our buildings and recognize the need for action early on You document the work done reliably and comprehensible If necessary, you work with external service providers and assist in their coordination

That's what makes you: You have a completed artisanal training, e.g. in the area of extension, sanitary, electrical, painter, drywall or in a comparable structure – alternatively you bring appropriate practical professional experience with You have several years of experience in all-round crafts You work independently, structured and reliable and you work on tasks in a solution-oriented manner Technical understanding and craftsmanship characterize you You like to work in the team and convince by a service-oriented appearance A stroke certificate and a class B licence are desirable Basic knowledge of Windows Office complete your profile
