• operating and equipping production plants during operation.
• You control the manufactured products on quality and give feedback to the team.
• You take the packaging and preparation of the products for shipping.
• Installation, removal and further processing of components.
• Support for general activities in production

No professional experience is necessary for this position as a helper (m/w/d) – motivation and dedication are sufficient! Nevertheless, there are some important points that can help you get started.

• Ideally, you have first experiences in the production environment – no prerequisite!
• You are physically resilient and like to work with your hands.
• Good knowledge of German to understand work instructions.
• You're a real team player and support your colleagues.
• You are ready to work in layers, if necessary.
