As HR Administration Manager (m/w/d), your organizational talent, accuracy and experience in human resources ensure the smooth running of all administrative HR processes and create the basis for professional, value-adding and future-oriented personnel work in our hotels. Complete studies or vocational training with a focus on human resources management or comparable qualifications. Your professional experience ? Control of monthly wage billing and monitoring of working time accounts. Legal security ? Ensuring and monitoring compliance with labour and social insurance legislation. Process management ? Creation and maintenance of documentation and processes in the HR sector. Digitalization & Innovation ? Further development of digital HR tools and automation of administrative processes. Controlling & Analysis ? Creation, analysis and reporting of relevant HR metrics (personal posting plan, budget, medical day statistics). Work security ? Control and implementation of occupational safety-related issues and operational integration management. Strategic HR Management?
