Team Leader Accounting / Bookkeeping for Successful Companies (m/f/d)

In this exciting role, you control and coordinate the ongoing activities of the accounting team (currently six employees) and ensure a smooth running of all accounting processes. The creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB is responsible for your team and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements. Developing in close coordination with adjacent departments You continuously continue to report and create resilient decision-making bases for management. Audits and cooperation with tax consulting and auditing companies are professionally prepared and accompanied by you. The optimization of existing processes as well as the further development of digital processes in the accounting system will actively help you and play an important role as a key user (SAP) within the system landscape. In your function, you will report directly to the management of our client.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, an economic study or a comparable qualification. You are also ideally equipped with further training on the account holder (IHK). Multiannual professional experience in the accounting of an industrial company or a comparable structured business environment distinguishes your previous career. Finding knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as practical experience in compiling annual accounts will certainly bring you with. ERP systems as well as the common MS Office applications apply routiniert. Experiences with SAP or comparable systems are advantageous.
