Plan and build systems:You learn how complex systems of information and telecommunications technology are planned, installed and configured. Networks in view: Together with experienced colleagues, you learn how our systems are connected and the devices are maintained. Errors go to the bottom: You may analyze and fix errors and disturbances in a structured manner. Set up hardware suitable:You learn to tailor hardware to the requirements of the respective users. IT security and data protection:You will learn how IT security and data protection measures are implemented, integrated and tested. Colleagues support:You advise our users on IT questions and provide training. Seminars and trainings: In addition to training, you will participate in seminars and trainings that will provide you with professional and personal experience.

Your degree: After three years you complete your training with the IHK exam.
