HAPEKO is exclusively responsible for the search for an experienced personality for the management of the Transport Plant Planning department. In this role, you will first lead a small team of 2 employees, and you will definitely expand this team.

Our client is a medium-sized, owner-managed engineering office with around 160 employees at several locations in Germany. For many years, the company has been working successfully in various fields of civil engineering and architecture with a special focus on demanding projects in the public sector.

In order to strengthen the team at the Osnabrück site, we are looking for you as a department manager (m/w/d) traffic planning. Your heart beats for planning and you already know each other in the field of transport systems?

We look forward to your application! You take over responsibility for the field of transport plant planning and continue to develop this strategically and operationally. You lead and develop a dedicated team of engineers and designers (m/w/d) at the Osnabrück site. You plan, design and implement transport systems according to §45 HOAI with passion and precision. You use common planning software to implement your projects and bring your creativity into technical development. You are responsible for the quality, time and budget implementation of the projects. You communicate with internal and external project partners and represent the field to the outside. You cooperate with other disciplines in an interdisciplinary manner and actively shape the development of the entire company as part of the management level.

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, landscape planning or free space planning or comparable courses. Found experience in transport planning (road planning, infrastructure planning, municipal civil engineering, etc.). Safe handling of common planning software (e.g. CARD/1, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Vestra or comparable tools). Joy in leadership, motivation and development of a team. Strategic and conceptual thinking as well as decision-making. Communication strength, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working. Enthusiasm for complex tasks and public infrastructure.
