Number: MER0003OBC Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) is a division of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and is specialized in financial and mobility services with approximately 10,000 employees. The offer ranges from financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions and rentals, fleet management via digital services around shop and payment, insurance brokerage to innovative mobility services. This year, the Mercedes-Benz Mobility will focus on the five strategic dimensions of MBM 2025, one of which is Electrify our future. On the way to “electric only” the shop is a decisive factor. Therefore, we want the Mercedes-Benz shop to become a special customer experience. To build this holistic charging ecosystem as quickly as possible, we have established a new Charging Unit at the MBM, which consists of three pillars: loading in the public, at home and in business. Our team: We work closely together across the team and across the division – within the charging unit at Mercedes-Benz Mobility, but also with our colleagues in all functions such as sales, development, finance & controlling and IT. Our work lives on high flexibility and mutual support – also across team, division and department boundaries. Mobile work in the hybrid model is regularly used by us. With us in the Department “Home & Energy” you would support the team “Wallbox & Installation Services”. We are working on pioneering products and technologies to improve and redesign the Home Charging Experience with topics such as bidirectional charging. These challenges include: Takeover of project tasks in the field of Wallbox and Installation Services Planning, organisation and implementation of workshops on topics such as customer journey Processing of marketing and communication content Documentation of project progress in Confluence Development of communication and presentation documents for specialist and management bodies Creation of market and competition analyses The work student activity can start from September 2025.

Course in Economic Engineering, Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable course of studies German and English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Openness and willingness to learn a lot of new things Interest and passion for eMobility Ideally basic knowledge in Charging as well as initial experience in project management Basic knowledge of Confluence Personal skills...
