You introduce new HR standards, processes and initiatives across the site or develop existing ones, e.g. in the areas of personal marketing and development For this, you research internally and externally, develop concepts, decision templates and project plans You agree with the specialist and management specialists You take the preparatory payroll and reporting and are in close contact with authorities and health insurance companies At the same time, you are contact person for employees and executives who advise you on all topics along the employee life cycle

You work independently, structured and targeted and attach great value to quality You will present your results so confidently, target-group-oriented and expressively – even in case of queries, you will remain safe and relaxed Your studies form the technical basis for your work, based on your professional experience, you successfully develop new ideas and approaches and successfully implement your tasks Excel, PowerPoint and Word master at an advanced level and encourage you to use new technologies Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English skills complete your profile
