Support and consultation of our after-sales customers Identification of customer needs and development of tailor-made solutions for the food and bakery industries Support for the imple­mentation and use of our products and machines Training and workshops for customers to optimally use our solutions Close cooperation with the sales team and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction Analysis of market trends and competition activities to identify business opportunities Creation of tenders and contracts and follow-up of contracts Participation in trade fairs and events to present our products and services

Closed commercial training or studies in the field of economic engineering, business, food technology or a related area Experience in sales, ideal after sales or Bakery / Food Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer-oriented thinking and high service Self­employed and structured working methods Teamability and Flexibility Good knowledge of English in word and writing, other language skills are advantageous Travel
