As Project Manager / Techniker (m/w/d) you act as a contact person for customers and partners in the sales companies. They serve the customers as part of acceptances and meetings. In addition, in consultation with colleagues from the order centre, you will prioritize the steps in case of disagreements and deviations. In addition, monitor the progress of service orders. They inform colleagues about unplanned delays (e.g. order control, purchasing, service workshop, logistics, etc.). Among other things, trigger escalations if no progress can be seen at a working level. Finally, you are responsible for monitoring the completeness of all service orders (e.g. work plan, orders, documentation, etc.).

You have a completed technical study, technician master or have a similar qualification. Pasting over several years of experience in manufacturing, or in order coordination. In addition, you bring good MS Office knowledge in Word, Excel u nd MS Project, SAP knowledge is advantageous. Good knowledge of German, English in word and writing is desirable.
