Ensure product and process quality in ongoing production Monitor and evaluate ongoing production processes using defined quality indicators Early detection of deviations and introduction of appropriate measures together with production and process technology performing and documenting sample checks and initial samples Accompanying prototypes and production approaches Analyze service cases and complaints (internal and external) using common QS methods, e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa Track and verify the effectiveness of corrective measures initiated

Technical training, e.g. electronics, mechatronics, industrial technicians, or comparable qualification Continuing training in the quality sector is of advantage, but no need Professional experience in operational quality assurance or production – ideally in the field of electronics or electrotechnical assemblies Knowledge of common quality tools: 5-Why, Ishikawa, testing and measurement methods, simple control card evaluation Responsible, structured working and good technical understanding Joy in work directly on the product, in production and in close exchange with production and technology
