Breakfast Cook Pre-Opening (m/f/d)

As a breakfast cook, you are the guarantee for the perfect start to the day. You make sure that our guests can enjoy a high-quality, varied and enjoyable breakfast. You are responsible for the preparation of a variety of breakfasts that our guests love. You work closely with the breakfast team to ensure that all dishes are served in time and in the best quality. You will take care of the preparation of the ingredients, the organization of your cooking station and the presentation of the dishes. You monitor compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen and ensure a clean, organized work environment. You support the order and control of goods to ensure that there are always enough stocks. You work closely with the breakfast manager and the entire R&B team to offer our guests a smooth breakfast experience.

You have a completed training as a cook and ideally experience in breakfast preparation or in the à la carte area. You have a good understanding of food quality, presentation and the special requirements of breakfast preparation. You like to work in the team and appreciate the collaboration in a dynamic working environment. You are flexible and keeps a cool head even when you get high. You are reliable, responsible, and pay attention to compliance with all hygiene standards. You bring creativity and passion for preparing breakfast dishes.
