Support and expert advice for all employees and managers in compliance with statutory and internal requirements for occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection (SHE) Working on the development of global standards in the field of SHE according to legal and internal requirements with a small team of internal and external experts Expert Contact Person as Disturbance and Immission Protection Officer (w,m,d) – also for Authorities Close cooperation with our production and technology teams as well as planning and carrying out training and instruction to promote safety culture Designing and realizing security audits, performing legal compliance audits at different locations of the group of companies, conducting risk assessments and process risk analyses such as HAZOP/PAAG and LOPA Creating the security report and the operational alarm and danger prevention plan, and the perception of SHE reporting obligations and the determination of SHE metrics

Complete technical studies (e.g. process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, environmental engineering) or comparable qualification Additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) desirable Multiannual experience in the field of environmental and industrial protection in a chemical production plant Knowledge of plant safety (e.g. explosion/brand protection) and knowledge of relevant technical and legal regulations (e.g. BImSchG, TA Luft, WHG) Embossed communication and moderation capability Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing MS Office, SAP knowledge and experience with e-reporting tools
