You are the first contact person (w/m/d) for the middle management of your care area. In direct exchange, advise, accompany and coach these to all personal and labour law HR topics along the Employee Life Cycles They actively accompany the implementation of disciplinary measures (e.g. dismissals, terminations) and accompany court appointments They act as a link between different stakeholders, are in close cooperation with the Global HR Business Partners, HR Services, the experts of the Global Functional Teams as well as the employee representatives, thus keeping the threads together in a dynamic environment In close cooperation with the care areas, you identify HR-relevant fields of action and develop adequate measures and introduce new ideas and impulses to continuously develop our HR processes and adapt them to the needs of the company. They support the local implementation of the global remuneration and personnel development strategy and support change processes They accompany the implementation of local co-determination issues with employee representatives in Germany both in the daily business and in the context of special projects They support various HR projects

You have completed studies in the field of economics, law or humanities or comparable You have already been able to gain first experience in generalistic HR positions and have well-founded knowledge in German labour and business constitutional law HR is your passion - you convince in consulting through entrepreneurial understanding, HR expertise and an empirical and binding appearance They have a high level of problem solving and communication skills, are happy to work independently and question the status quo They are used to bring together different stakeholders and keep a cool head even in stormy times You have fun working with various HR systems and analyzing relevant data (e.g. SuccessFactors) You have fluent German and English skills
